1. Who we are

2. Adults only

  1. You must be at least the legal minimum age in the province or territory you are shipping to: 18, 19 or 21 depending on where you live (see Shipping and provinces).
  2. You must pass our age and identity verification before you can view products or place an order. See Age and ID verification.
  3. The name and date of birth on your order must match your verified identity.
  4. You must not buy on behalf of, resell to, or give products to anyone under the legal age.

3. Where we sell

  1. We sell only within Canada and only to provinces and territories listed as open on our shipping page at the time you order.
  2. We do not ship to Quebec or Prince Edward Island. Orders to any province or territory we do not serve will be refused.

4. Orders and cancellation

  2. We may cancel any order that fails age or identity verification, that is to a province we do not serve, or that we reasonably believe breaks federal or provincial law. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded [TBC: refund method and timing].

CTG Vape Shop is a planned online store for adults in Canada. You must be of legal age in your province or territory to buy vaping products:

  • 19 or older in most provinces and territories
  • 18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec
  • 21 or older in Prince Edward Island

This public site has no product catalogue. When the store opens, you will need to pass an age and identity check with a verification provider before you can see any product information or buy anything. Ticking a box or typing a date of birth does not give you access.

We will not ship to Quebec or Prince Edward Island.
